Q: What if I am outside of the United States?

A: We would still love to help you! We can not offer our “Easy Mail-In” service outside of the continental United States, you will be responsible for shipping. Send us an Email if you are interested.

Q: How does the “Easy Mail-In” service work?

A: Once you place your order, we'll send you our Mail-In Kit which includes a box, prepaid shipping label, bubble wrap, and instructions. All you have to do is pack your controller, attach the label, and send it off hassle-free!
