How do I mail in my controller?

Our 'Easy Mail-In Kit' is included free with every repair and upgrade service.

  1. Place your order online.
  2. We send you a kit with a box, packing materials, prepaid shipping label, and simple instructions.
  3. Put your controller in the box, seal it, and drop it off using the prepaid label.

That’s it. You don’t have to find a box, buy postage, or guess how to pack it. We handle the rest and ship your fixed controller back to you.

Will installing TMR joysticks fix my stick drift?

Yes, installing TMR joysticks will eliminate stick drift and help prevent it from coming back. TMR joysticks use magnets to track the position of the joystick, and they do not wear down over time like standard joysticks.

What happened to Hall Effect?

We’ve moved all of our upgrades to TMR (Tunnel Magnetoresistance) joysticks. Hall Effect was already a great upgrade from original joysticks, but after a lot of real-world testing, TMR joysticks are better in every way, so it’s now our standard.

TMR still uses magnetic contactless sensors, so it’s built to reduce stick drift and wear compared to traditional joysticks.

Our services and products are available in the United States only.

What is the difference between an Order # and a Ticket #?

  • Ticket number is created to keep track of the repair process on our Customer Support Portal, these two numbers will match.

Will I receive updates on my repair status?
