Works great and still using the same controller now to this day

Since getting it back, it's worked great! I didn't pay for the expedited shipping, and honestly, I have no complaints. It got back just about a month after I sent it. And the support staff was in contact with me every step of the way. Amazing service, would recommend/use again.

Sent my Scuf Reflex FPS controller in for new TMRs. They did an excellent job fixing. Also pointed out other issues that were wrong and gave me the option to fix. Turn around time was reasonable and was notified when both they received the controller, started working on it and when shipping return. Would highly recommend these guys !

After I had a third new PS5 controller get stick drift in a 7 year span, I decided to try these guys and replace my joysticks with the upgrades. I am beyond impressed with the results. My controller feels better than brand new. The sticks snapping back into neutral positions at lightning speed. I can feel the incredible difference when playing a FPS or a sports game requiring precision movements. The standard turnaround wasn’t bad either. Just around 2 weeks during July 4th holiday weekend. It goes without saying that barring any unforeseen disruptions, I will be making the stick upgrade to any future controllers.

Had the joysticks on my two PS5 controllers upgraded to Ginfull TMR max to fix the horrible stick drift I was experiencing. I chose stickfix because I was worried about trying to solder in the new joystick modules myself and messing something up. I also liked that their repair service included shipping both ways.

The process was straightforward and simple. The box to ship my controllers showed up quickly after I placed me order and their ticket system provided regular updates throughout the repair process. It took about a month from placing the order to receiving to repaired controllers, so keep in mind it’s not a rapid turnaround. You can however pay extra to expedite the repair if you want it sooner.

Controllers arrived back fully charged and ready to go out of the box. I didn’t have to mess with configuring or calibrating them at all. Controllers work great and the joysticks are very smooth feeling and precise again. Completely painless experience and I would definitely recommend using stickfix.

Absolutely better than I expected. I have a dual sense edge with tmr sticks from another company and Stick fix did an old scuff that has been a paper weight. This is now my favorite controller and I’ve seen a huge difference in my game play. My friends don’t think I’m actually playing lol. Thank you will be sending in more controllers.

The controller looks untouched but the new thumbsticks feel great and the black thumbstick covers look original. I am very very happy and will be sending in my other 2 duel sense controller later this year. Would recommend!
