It's a great service. The controllers I got serviced have been fixed/upgraded and feel fantastic. StickFix also notified me at every step of the and was overall very communicative and responsive. My only gripe is that I wish the time estimate was a maximum and not a minimum, as it being a minimum makes it difficult to discern when exactly you may get your pads back.

Starting having stick drift issues with a PS Besavior controller. Controller was shipped in with no issues super easy and straightforward. New GuliKit TMRs were installed and shipped back. Tested out the controller on my PS5 with no issues. Went to use the controller on the laptop and was having issues pairing it to the laptop. Found out that the share button wasn't working after testing it on the PS5. Contact StickFix and they told me to ship it back with no questions asked. They fixed the issues in no time and was back up and running on both PS5 and laptop. Definitely would recommend and I will be using them for all controller needs.

Hello, I did notice depressing the new Hall Effect sticks was I think tougher than the stock sticks. Is there anyway to adjust that? Also do you offer TMR sticks yet? Overall the service was good.
