Gd timing on repairs and prices were spot on

The price is fantastic, but the default return window is quite long. I waited about 20 days, which is the longest I expected to wait so it’s fine. When I ordered to have a different controller repaired, it was much more expensive and I got my controller back much sooner. It does seem to me that priority is determined by expense of order, but they never went over the 21 day return window so I’m happy.

Sent in to have sticks repaired/upgraded. Came back fixed but the ribbon to the front mic was broken during the repair. Contacted company. They offered to warranty it. I asked if they could just refund the amount I spent on a new ribbon. I got the ribbon installed and they refunded me for it. Was a simple and fast fix. Great customer service.

What an easy process this was. Just mail the controller in with the supplied box and it’s back in a few weeks (I didn’t spend for the extra fast return since I had a backup controller). I will definitely use again or just break down and buy one of their controllers. Great job on the repair works just like new.

The service was easy with them sending a package for me to ship them my Controller. They kept me updated throughout the process and were very prompt responding to emails. My Controller feels a lot more sturdy with the Micro triggers than it did from Aim.

Overall, good experience, the expertise, the knowledge and the repairs themselves all seem to be done well. The only critique I could give is that the price is a little high but atleast my remote works now, I ended up having to pay $80 to get a few things fixed on the remote which is ofcourse the price of buying a whole new remote but they did take care of shipping and having to diagnose and fix a custom controller from modded zone so with everything taken into account i cant complain. I'm happy with the outcome and even referred my friends for issues there having with there remotes, modded zone ofcourse lol.

Thanks for saving my beloved controller. If you reading this StixFix is for real.

It took a while to get back due to a part that was ordered but they came through in the end and hooked it up for it taking so long. That’s the kind of customer service you need.

Shipping my remote was extremely easy and convenient. I also added some packing popcorn to the box and I received my remote back with it. I love the details they pay to everything. My controller works good as new. I like also receiving updates on the status of my order. Will definitely be sending all my controllers to stick fix for repairs when needed.

Half the price of buying a new controller so was well worth it.
