I’m a returning customer due to the amazing work they did on my first controller! This time I let them do the standard queue (which took a while tbh but I really wasn’t in a rush ) . The first time I did the rushed repair and it took about 2weeks total time ! Super simple shipping instructions and the communication with tracking numbers is top notch ! If I ever need another controller fixed I will definitely go back to them for their outstanding services.

Turn around took way too long longer than I expected about 2 months almost because I didn’t pay ridiculous prices to speed it up didn’t think it would even be that bad then to top it off my mic button doesn’t work anymore don’t know if it wasn’t reconnected or electrical part was messed up in that area .
