Absolutely couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out. I started experiencing stick drift in my left joystick with my 1st launch version ps5 controller. I just couldn't let it go or even buy a new one, so I took the chance to get it fixed instead and even upgrade it. No more stick drift with the Gulikit TMR(+kk ring standard height thumbsticks) my precision is so smooth now and my accuracy feels great. Upgraded battery gives me more playing time and lastly the clicky face buttons upgrade fixed the mushyness I was experiencing. Overall Im very happy my 6 year old controller is back to me good as new and even better this time. Turn around time took a little bit over a couple weeks, but worth the wait for sure!! Highly recommend going this route, instead of buying a whole new controller right away.

They repaired my controller and I no longer have to worry about getting stick drift. Plus the new thumb sticks feel great. After 3 years of wear down I forgot they had some grip.

Best decision I made the only thing is the one of the buttons sound differently then the other face clicks and I never dropped it after I got it and don’t have a lot of playing time with it so let’s see if how long it last also I did cleaning on both controllers and it looks like they deep clean only one with came out looking brand new the other one I had to clean it to my preferred liking but I am very much happy with the controllers I don’t even let my kids touch them that’s how happy I am just wish it would be done a little bit quicker with out paying extra to get your controllers a little sooner but it was worth the wait.

The repair was quick, I ended up moving homes during the fix and they quickly updated the address, controller came in and works perfectly, now I don’t have to hear my son gripe about the controller not working

Had some severe stick drift going on so decided to finally do something about it. StickFix did an amazing job with letting me know what was going on the entire time, I was even able to customize the button colors. The remote came back two weeks later or so with no stick drift whatsoever. Really appreciate the quick work and solid communication. Highly recommend these guys

First off I just want to say Thank you StickFix repair my controller repair. This is the 3rd time ive used this company for controller repairs and each time I am more and more satisfied. For context I play fighting games and put an absolute beating on my controllers. StickFix repair has brought them back from the dead every time. Dead battery, broken buttons, mushy dpads and now TMR joysticks to eliminate stick drift. This is the only place you should be using to repair your controllers they are very customer friendly.
