Had a scuf that stopped working years ago. I was really gonna give up and get rid of it, until I found StickFix!! Excellent. When I checked the scuf site they were no longer taking repairs for this controller. So was happy to find a place to repair and upgrade my reflex. Took a few weeks (I didn't pay extra to fast track) but cheaper than buying the lastest controller and it works as it should.

They Fixed my triggers and upgraded my sticks on my scuf reflex. Happy with both upgrades! Paid for the 5 day turn around… still took about 2 weeks from when I sent it to them to when I recieved my controller back but if I sent it back to scuf it would have been a month. Never going back to scuf again! Definitely will suggest stick fix to anyone frustrated with scuf customer service. They were super attentive to any questions I had and made the process feel like I was a valued customer. Thanks so much!
